Sports Medicine to Offer Sports Physicals |
Pre-Participation Sport Physicals will be offered by the Sports Medicine Program at Mount Si High School Tuesday June 9, 2009, from 6pm-8:30pm. The cost is $25. All proceeds go to the Sports Medicine program, and volunteers from local physical therapy clinics and local physicians will be conducting the exams.Physicals are good for 2 years. The participation is open to middle school and high school athletes. Please go to the MSHS website for all the forms and have them filled out when you arrive for physicals. |
